개인정보처리방침
이 앱은 개인정보를 일절 수집하지 않습니다. 서버로 아무것도 보내지 않습니다. 인터넷은 평소에 쓰지 않으며, 설정에서 레시피 업데이트를 직접 확인하실 때만 접속합니다(3항).
1. 수집하는 개인정보
없습니다. 이 앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 연락처, 사진, 기기 식별자, 광고 ID를 비롯한 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다. 회원가입이나 로그인도 없습니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
앱을 쓰는 동안 아래 두 가지가 사용자 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 외부로 전송되지 않고, 개발자를 포함한 누구도 열람할 수 없습니다.

두 정보 모두 앱을 삭제하면 기기에서 함께 지워집니다. 별도로 삭제를 요청하실 필요가 없으며, 개발자가 보관하는 사본도 존재하지 않습니다.
3. 인터넷 통신
이 앱은 평소 인터넷을 쓰지 않습니다. 레시피 정보, 사진, 4개 국어 번역이 모두 앱 설치 파일 안에 들어 있어, 비행기 모드에서도 모든 기능이 그대로 동작합니다.
예외는 하나뿐입니다. 설정 화면에서 「레시피 업데이트 → 업데이트 확인」을
직접 누르셨을 때, 새 레시피 데이터가 있는지 보기 위해

- 저절로 확인하지 않습니다. 앱을 켤 때도, 백그라운드에서도 접속하지 않습니다.
- 새 데이터가 있으면 크기와 바뀐 내용을 먼저 보여 드리고, 「받기」를 누르셔야 내려받습니다.
- 이때 보내는 것은 그 파일을 달라는 요청뿐입니다. 이름·이메일·기기 식별자·광고 ID를 비롯한 어떤 개인정보도 보내지 않으며, 즐겨찾기·메모·장보기 목록처럼 앱 안에 쌓인 기록도 보내지 않습니다.
- 받는 것은 레시피 글뿐입니다. 사진은 앱에 들어 있는 것을 그대로 씁니다.
- 파일은 GitHub Pages 라는 정적 호스팅에 올려 둔 것이라 저희가 운영하는 서버도, 계정도, 접속 기록도 없습니다. 다만 내려받는 동안 GitHub 의 서버 기록에 IP 주소가 남을 수 있으며, 이는 GitHub 의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
- 이 기능을 한 번도 쓰지 않으셔도 앱의 모든 기능이 그대로 동작합니다.
안드로이드의 android.permission.INTERNET 권한은 이 기능 하나 때문에
선언돼 있습니다.
4. 요청하는 권한

이 앱은 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 연락처, 저장소, 광고 ID 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
절전 모드 방지(WAKE_LOCK) 권한도 요청하지 않습니다 — 레시피를 보거나
조리 모드를 쓰는 동안 화면이 꺼지지 않게 하는 기능은 그 화면에만 걸어 두는
표시(화면 유지 플래그)로 하므로 권한이 필요하지 않습니다.
알림은 기기 안에서만 만들어집니다. 서버가 보내는 푸시 알림이 아니며, 알림을 만들거나 보내는 과정에서 외부로 나가는 정보가 없습니다.
5. 제3자 서비스
이 앱에는 제3자 분석·광고·추적 서비스가 없습니다.
분석 도구는 설치 파일에 아예 들어 있지 않습니다.
광고 라이브러리(Google AdMob)는 나중에 광고를 넣을 수 있도록 설치 파일에는 들어 있지만, 한 번도 켜지지 않습니다. 앱을 시작할 때 이 라이브러리를 초기화하지 않으므로 광고를 불러오는 통신도, 광고 식별자(광고 ID) 수집도 일어나지 않습니다.
더 나아가 이 라이브러리가 요구하는 권한(광고 ID, 광고 측정 등)을 설치 파일에서 아예 빼 두었습니다. 그래서 앱은 광고 ID를 읽을 수 있는 권한 자체가 없습니다. 4항의 권한 표 세 개가 이 앱이 선언한 권한 전부입니다.
광고를 실제로 켜게 되면 이 방침을 먼저 개정하고, 앱 업데이트를 통해 변경 사항을 안내드립니다. 그때 무엇이 수집되고 어떻게 끄실 수 있는지 분명히 적겠습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
이 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 애초에 어떤 사용자로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 아동의 개인정보를 보유하지 않습니다.
7. 레시피 데이터 출처
앱에 수록된 레시피 정보와 대부분의 사진은 식품의약품안전처의 「조리식품의 레시피 DB」를 공공누리 제1유형(출처표시) 조건에 따라 이용한 것입니다. 공공데이터에 해당 요리의 사진이 없는 일부 레시피는 Pexels 의 사진을 Pexels 라이선스에 따라 이용했습니다. 영어·일본어·스페인어 번역은 개발자가 별도로 작성했습니다.
8. 방침의 변경
수집하는 정보나 이용 방식이 바뀌면 바뀌기 전에 이 방침을 먼저 고치고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경(예: 광고 도입)은 앱 업데이트 시 별도로 안내드립니다.
앞으로 광고나 재료 구매 링크가 추가될 수 있습니다. 그때는 무엇이 수집되는지, 어떻게 끄실 수 있는지를 이 방침에 구체적으로 적고 안내드린 뒤에 적용합니다.

Privacy Policy
This app collects no personal data. It sends nothing to any server. It does not use the internet in normal use — only when you tap “Check for updates” yourself in Settings (see section 3).
1. Personal data we collect
None. The app does not collect or transmit your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, or advertising ID. There is no account and no sign-in.
2. What is stored on your device
Two things are stored on your device only while you use the app. Neither leaves the device, and no one — including the developer — can read them.

Both are deleted from your device when you uninstall the app. You do not need to request deletion, and no copy is kept anywhere by the developer.
3. Internet access
The app does not use the internet in normal use. All recipe text, photos, and translations in four languages ship inside the installed app, so every feature works in airplane mode.
There is exactly one exception. When you tap Settings → Recipe updates →
Check for updates yourself, the app connects to https://world-traveler-jin.github.io/korean-recipe-privacy/dataset/ to see whether
newer recipe data exists.
- It never checks on its own. Not at launch, and not in the background.
- If something new exists, the app shows you the size and what changed first, and downloads it only after you tap “Download”.
- All that is sent is the request for that file. No name, email, device identifier or advertising ID is sent, and nothing you have saved in the app — bookmarks, notes, shopping list — is sent either.
- Only recipe text is downloaded. Photos always come from the installed app.
- The files sit on GitHub Pages, static hosting, so we run no server, no account and no access log of our own. GitHub's own server logs may record your IP address while the download happens; that is covered by GitHub's privacy policy.
- If you never use this feature, every part of the app still works.
On Android, the android.permission.INTERNET permission is declared for
this one feature.
4. Permissions requested

The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or
advertising ID permissions. It does not request the keep-awake
(WAKE_LOCK) permission either — keeping the screen on while you view a
recipe or cook is done with a per-screen window flag, which needs no permission.
Notifications are created entirely on your device. They are not server push, and nothing leaves the device in order to create or deliver them.
5. Third-party services
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking service.
No analytics tool is bundled in the installed app at all.
The advertising library (Google AdMob) is bundled, in preparation for possible future advertising, but it is never switched on. The app does not initialise it at launch, so no ad is requested, no network call is made for one, and no advertising identifier is collected.
Beyond that, the permissions that library would add (advertising ID, ad measurement) are stripped out of the installed app. The app therefore holds no permission that would let it read the advertising ID. The three rows in section 4 are every permission this app declares.
If advertising is ever switched on, this policy will be updated first and the change will be communicated through an app update, spelling out exactly what is collected and how you can turn it off.
6. Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13. Since it collects no personal data from any user, it holds no data about children.
7. Recipe data source
Recipe text and most photos come from the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety's "Cooked Food Recipe DB", used under the Korea Open Government License Type 1 (attribution). For a few recipes the public dataset has no photo of that dish; those use photos from Pexels under the Pexels License. The English, Japanese, and Spanish translations were written separately by the developer.
8. Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, this policy is updated before the change takes effect. Material changes (for example, introducing advertising) are also communicated through an app update.
Advertising or ingredient shopping links may be added in future. If that happens, this policy will first spell out exactly what is collected and how you can turn it off.
